Why Does The Camera Become Stuck?
So far, no definite cause has been identified as a source of the issue. The problem occurs randomly after you close the game and open it up the next time, across all platforms. Using optimization apps on PC, like NVIDIA‘s GeForce Experience, to launch the game has also been known to cause this bug.
While the problem is frustrating, what is more irritating is the fact that it usually occurs alongside another bug. Usually, the sidekick takes the 2 forms:

- No audio at all

Solution 1: Restart the Game
The ol’ tried-and-tested way to get any kind of software running like its usual self. Simply, close the game by quitting it from the title screen or by eliminate the process altogether. Either way, start the game back up again and hopefully, the problem should be resolved.
Solution 2: Changing Back the Settings
Completely resetting or changing back the setting to your preferences is the definitive fix to each of these problems. The bug actually sets the camera speed setting value at 0%. The same applies for the other issues we’ve mentioned above; the font size setting has been set to 0% and the audio volume has been set to 0%.
As you’d normally expect, change these values to your preferences, or reset all settings to default. Here’s how to change the settings in Rogue Trader:

- On Rogue Trader, open the Pause menu. Depending on your platform, you can do this by pressing the Esc key on PC, Start on an Xbox controller and Options on a PlayStation controller. Select Options from the Pause menu.
Select “Options” from the Pause menu - Next, open up the Controls section.
Open up the “Controls” section - You should see some settings that relate to the camera speed. The exact names can differ from platform to platform. Nonetheless, configure them according to your preferences, or simply select the Default option at the bottom for a quick change.
Make the desired changes - Lastly, select Apply near the bottom to save the changes you’ve made.

To fix the invisible text during dialogue, follow these steps:
- As you did previously for the camera glitch, open up the Pause menu and select Options to access the settings.
Select “Options” from the Pause menu - Now, navigate to the Accessibility section.
Open up the “Accessibility” settings - You should see a Font size option near the bottom if you don’t scroll down. Adjust the font size to anything but 0.0, so that it becomes visible and readable. Or, just hit the Default option to change the value to 1.0.

Solution 3: Verifying integrity of game files (PC only)
The last fix, which you probably won’t need, is verifying the integrity of the game files to make sure that everything is installed properly. This can be done on PC only through Steam. To verify the game files on Steam, follow the steps below:
- Open up Steam and navigate to your Library.
