How to fix “Error Code: 600” in Roblox?

Roblox can open normally, show your account, and even let you play other experiences, yet one game stops at Error Code: 600. Roblox identifies Error 600 as a ban issued by that experience’s creator, not a broken connection to the platform.

Read the text above the code before doing anything else. A creator can include a public reason and make the ban temporary or permanent.

If the message says you created or used another account to avoid an enforcement action, Roblox’s creator ban system has associated this account with an earlier ban. That association can be disputed, but only the experience creator can review it.

Disabling a firewall, changing networks, using a VPN, clearing Roblox files, or reinstalling the app cannot remove this account-side restriction. The legitimate options are to wait for a timed ban or ask the creator to review it.

Roblox itself displays an account-moderation notice and blocks the whole platform. This is a Roblox-issued account action, not only an experience ban.Use Roblox’s account appeal process.
A different error prevents every experience from opening. The problem may be the app, network, or Roblox service rather than Error 600.Follow the broader Roblox joining guide.
Do not use a new account, VPN, exploit, or unofficial “unban” tool to bypass Error 600. Creator bans can include suspected alternate accounts, and unofficial tools may steal your login details. Use only contact links published on Roblox.

1. Confirm That the Ban Belongs to One Experience

Error 600 should leave the rest of Roblox available. If the same account opens an unrelated experience, the failure is not global; the creator’s ban is blocking only the affected experience.

This usually happens when Roblox accepts the login and connection, then checks the account against that experience’s ban records before allowing entry.

  1. Take a screenshot of the entire Error 600 window. Keep the experience name, creator’s reason, error code, and any remaining time visible.
  2. Write down the date and approximate time. This helps the creator locate the moderation action.
  3. Using the same Roblox account, open one unrelated experience. Do not switch to another account for this test.
  4. If the unrelated experience opens, stop changing Windows or network settings. The affected experience has blocked the account.
  5. If Roblox shows a separate platform-moderation notice or no experience opens at all, read that message carefully. It requires a different appeal or technical path.

2. Appeal Through the Experience Creator’s Official Channel

Roblox’s Error 600 guidance says the creator controls this ban. Its custom-rule policy also tells users to take disputes about those rules to the creator.

  1. Open the affected experience’s details page on Roblox.com.
  2. Select the creator name shown under the experience title. If a community owns the experience, open that community page.
  3. Read the experience description and rules before appealing. The public reason in the Error 600 message may refer to a numbered or named rule.
  4. Look for a Roblox message option, community wall, or an appeal/support link listed on the creator profile, community page, or experience details page. Do not trust a server or form found only through a random search result.
  5. Send one concise appeal with the account and error details:
Roblox username: [your username]
User ID: [numeric user ID]
Experience: [experience name]
Error 600 message: [exact text]
Date and time: [approximate]
Request: Please review this ban and the stated reason.

If the message refers to another account, mention that wording. Include the other username only if you own the account and it is relevant. If you believe the accounts were associated incorrectly, say so plainly and ask the moderator to review the ban history.

Never send a password, two-step verification code, recovery code, browser cookie, or payment information. A legitimate creator appeal does not need them.

The creator may approve, deny, or ignore the appeal. Sending repeated messages does not move the case to Roblox Support; it usually makes the request harder to review.

3. Use Roblox Appeals Only for a Roblox-Issued Account Action

Roblox’s Violations & Appeals process works only for Roblox-issued actions because it reads the platform’s moderation records. It cannot change the separate ban record maintained for an experience.

Use that process only when Roblox displays its own moderation notice, disables the account, removes content, or provides a Violations & Appeals link. Roblox says most account appeals must be submitted within 30 days, so follow the deadline shown in the notice.

Do not use this appeal path for Error 600 alone. Roblox has no authority to decide a creator’s custom-rule appeal.

An experience creator’s rules cannot contradict Roblox’s Community Standards or Terms of Use.

If the rule or its enforcement itself violates platform policy, use Roblox’s official Report Abuse process.

A report asks Roblox to review the policy violation. It does not replace the creator’s ban appeal or automatically restore access.

If the Creator Does Not Remove the Ban

A temporary ban ends when the time shown in the message expires. A permanent ban, rejected appeal, or experience with no public appeal channel has no legitimate device-side workaround. Roblox Support cannot override the creator’s decision.

Roblox also states that creators cannot issue Robux or cash refunds for platform purchases.

Under its custom experience rules, an experience subscription is automatically canceled without a refund when the ban lasts longer than 14 days.

At that point, keep the screenshot and appeal record, avoid bypass tools or new accounts, and wait for the creator’s response or the stated expiration. That is less satisfying than a local fix, but it is the only path that can actually change Error 600.
