3.2 Repair and Reset the Microsoft application 

Follow these steps to repair and reset the Microsoft application:

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard to open the windows start menu, and type Microsoft store in the windows start menu search box.
  2. Right-click on the Microsoft store and click on App settings, as shown in the image below.

  4. In the AppData folder navigate to Local > Packages > Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe.
  5. Right-Click on the LocalCache folder and click on the Delete button.

6. Update Xbox and Microsoft Store

9. Enable TLS
