From the standpoint of noise, the three fans on the front of the ZOTAC RTX 4090 Trinity do a respectable job when the card is under low loads. However, as the load ramps up the fans tend to compensate quite aggressively, and the noise floor rises to a noticeable level. It may not be annoying if the card is installed in a closed chassis, but it is certainly more noticeable than the other options on this list.
