Solution 3: Change the date and time

Solution 7: Uninstall Alexa app from your phone

If none of the above solutions worked, you should then consider uninstalling the Amazon Alexa app from your phone. You may also consider setting up Alexa from a web browser if the problem persists on your phone. If the above solutions did not fix the problem then you have to try this last step. All you need to do is to open the Alexa website and log in to your Amazon account. Ensure you enter the right credentials for your Amazon account for you to sign in.
