How to Fix WWE 2K24 Crashes When Launching?

When WWE 2K24 crashes at startup, it typically happens either immediately upon launching the game or right after the “press any button” screen. This issue can result in the game freezing for several seconds before closing entirely, sometimes without any error message. The primary cause of this problem is often linked to compatibility issues with specific hardware or drivers, particularly related to graphics cards and controllers.

Other contributing factors can include corrupted game files, conflicts with background applications, or problems with the game’s installation path.

In this article, we will discuss solutions to fix this issue.

Before trying anything, check if your system meets the minimum requirements to play the game.

You can do this by visitting the W2K24 Steam store page.

1. Run as Administrator

If the game is not getting sufficient privileges required to play the game, it can cause this problem. Running the game as an administrator will allow the game to access all the computer resources and can help solve most of the problems.
