Ubisoft’s Project Orlando Reportedly Delayed, Leak Suggests
Ubisoft recently announced massive cost-cutting measures that will be implemented over the next two years. Many upcoming games have been delayed or canceled as a result of these measures.
Continuing its streak of delaying upcoming games, Ubisoft has reportedly delayed its “Project Orlando” yet again.
Ubisoft has delayed the release of two of its major games, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage and The Crew Motorfest, according to a Twitter leaker going by the handle @ScriptLeaksR6.
In addition, the Leaker revealed that Assassin’s Creed: Mirage will run on the old Assassin’s Creed Engine, which will be confirmed in greater detail at the Ubisoft Forward event.
There has been no official reason given for Ubisoft’s delays of several projects, but it is widely assumed by a few analysts that the reason for these delays is to give the games a bit more polishing before release.
Ubisoft is working to increase its game popularity even more by giving players a good playing experience and adding to the company’s growth.
There is no official confirmation for these delays as of yet and we’ll make sure to keep you updated as more details are made available.
