1. To re-register Sticky Notes, click Start Menu and type PowerShell
   

   

2. Right-click on PowerShell and run it as Administrator
3. Click Yes when asked for administrator permissions
4. Type the below command and hit Enter

   Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

   

5. Once done, launch the Sticky Notes app and check if the error is fixed.

6. Reinstall Microsoft Sticky Notes Using Powershell

If re-register Microsoft apps do not fix the error, try reinstalling Sticy Notes Apps. If the error occurs due to corrupted files or installation, reinstalling the Sticky Notes will fix this issue.

1. To reinstall Sticky Notes, search PowerShell from Start Menu
2. Right-click on it to Run as Administrator
   

   

3. Once the PowerShell is opened, copy and paste the following command to uninstall Sticky Notes

   Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes | Remove-AppxPackage

   

4. Once you uninstalled, go to Microsoft Store, search for Sticky Notes and click on Get to download and install

   

5. Once done, launch Sticky Notes and check if the error is fixed.

7. Repair/Reset Sticky Notes

If you don’t know, you can repair or reset the Sticky Notes App. Microsoft includes a Repair or Reset option for their apps to restore corrupted files. 8. Reset Your Computer

If none of the methods worked, either try resetting the Windows or create a new user account.
