  1. To re-register Sticky Notes, click Start Menu and type PowerShell

7. Repair/Reset Sticky Notes

  6. After that, if the error persists, go for the Reset option then launch Sticky Notes and see if it fixes the Sticky Notes is Not Available error.

8. Reset Your Computer

If none of the methods worked, either try resetting the Windows or create a new user account.
