GTA 6 Codename “Fireball” Appears in Actor’s Resume Again
The codename “Fireball” has once again appeared in the resume of an actor who is working with Rockstar Games. This has led a lot of people to believe that the game being referred to is actually GTA 6.
The actor, Reggie Talley, has a supporting role in the game, which is codenamed “Fireball” on his resume. The resume also notes that the “real title” of the game is “to be determined.”
This is not the first time that the codename “Fireball” has been associated with GTA 6. In 2022, multiple actors had the game listed on their resumes, but there was no other information available at the time. This was a while before the alleged GTA VI leaks were made public.
There are a few reasons why people believe that “Fireball” is actually GTA 6. Firstly, we know that Rockstar has not announced any other new games that are currently in development, unless they’re keeping it a secret. Secondly, there have been strong rumors that GTA 6 is set in Vice City, and the name “Fireball” could be a reference to the city’s nickname, “The Magic City.”
One person went as far as to speculate that since Vice City is in Miami, and Miami Heat‘s logo is a fireball, hence Rockstar has codenamed GTA VI ‘Fireball’.
Of course, it is also possible that “Fireball” is not GTA 6 at all. Rockstar Games has used codenames for other games in the past, so it is possible that this is just a placeholder name. Only time will tell what the real title of the game is.
As for the much-awaited GTA VI, we know that it is in development for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, and could be shown off as early as this year. If it is revealed this year, then a 2024 or 2025 release is certainly on the table.
