GTA 6 to Finally Be Announced This Week, Bloomberg Reports
A new report from Bloomberg has claimed that Take-Two Interactive’s Rockstars Games is setting up the official reveal of Grand Theft Auto 6 – GTA 6 – as early as this week. Although we don’t know how much Rockstar will show off, we can expect them to announce further details along with a full-fledged game trailer at some point in December 2023, as part of Rockstar Games 25th-anniversary celebration.
Over the last year, Rockstar has been incredibly careful about giving out information to the public regarding what’s to come. Apart from a few details and last year’s unfortunate leak about the early footage of the game giving us a glimpse of the two main protagonists – a man and a Latina woman – inspired by the story of Bonnie and Clyde and the beautiful and bigger Vice City Miami, Rockstar Games is trying it’s best to keep the big surprises to themselves.
For now, we don’t have any solid information about announcements or reveal dates but if Bloomberg’s sources prove to be accurate, we can expect a lot of new details in the upcoming months as we slowly move toward the previous leak of Take-Two mentioning a “groundbreaking” title to launch in FY25 (the period between April 2024 and May 2025) which could be GTA 6.
