Samsung’s Upcoming Exynos 2400 Power Consumption Leaked, Consumes 12W on Full Load

The Galaxy S24 series is much closer to release than some might imagine. The phone has been tipped several times to be released on January 17th, 2024, and the release date is getting closer by the day. We do know that the new phone, is going to feature an Exynos 2400 processor but a recent leak has showcased the TDP of the chipset and it looks like a banger.

According to a recent leak on Weibo, shared by Tech_Reve on X/Twitter, The upcoming flagship chipset is going to consume 12W at full load, whereas the GPU is going to be juicing a surprising 13W at maximum load. The TDP Numbers are very near to the current Android Flagship Champion Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and it looks like Samsung hasn’t held back.

The leak seems too good to be true and we aren’t sure of it as well. According to Tech_Reve, the leaker has a questionable reputation and henceforth cannot be trusted to a larger extent.

The Upcoming Exynos 2400 is based on the mRDNA3 Architecture which is quite space efficient and according to the leak, a 40% larger scale is expected. These things don’t match up henceforth implying that the leak might not be real.

This is all we know for now, rest assured we will keep you updated incase new information is available. Do let us know what you think about the TDPs in the comments below.
