Samsung to Introduce Bixby Integration in all of It’s Home Appliances, Starting Next Year

After CES, IFA is probably the largest consumer tech trade show in the world, where companies from around the globe come together to showcase their latest products. This year will mark the show’s 99th event, and during the conference, Samsung has made some announcements regarding the company’s vision of implementing AI into every device they essentially make.

Earlier this week, we reported on how Samsung is looking to step foot in the AI bandwagon, looking to develop their own in-house generative AI platform, and now the same concept seems to be extended into their home appliances’ division. The aim here is to integrate Bixby-based generative AI into all of it’s basic to high end devices, starting next year.

Bixby Voice-based AI services will be introduced to all products sequentially from next year, and we will continue to advance services through continuous research and development.”

With this, Samsung is looking to enclose the whole company ecosystem under a single umbrella – TizenOS. For devices that require little to low computing intervention, Samsung will develop low-power microprocessors (MPUs), and each of the company’s device is will come equipped with voice-based Bixby services.

The implementation starts this year, but this is all we know for now, but rest assured that we will keep you updated as new information becomes available.
