Solution 1: Update your Web Browser

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Launch Firefox. Click on the Menu button on the top right corner and select Options.
2. Scroll down to the Firefox Updates section.

Google Chrome:

1. Open up Google Chrome, click on the More button on the top right corner.

Solution 2: Disable Proxy Settings

Another thing that you can do to resolve the error message is to disable proxy settings in the Internet Options window. This has been reported by many users that it has helped them solve their issue. You can do this by following the below instructions:

1. Press Windows Key + R to open up the Run dialog box.
2. Type in inetcpl.cpl and press Enter.
3. This will open up the Internet Properties window.
4. Switch to the Connections tab and click LAN settings.
5. Under Proxy Server, uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN box.
