Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition Coming to PS5 on October 6th, PC Release Early Next Year
Sony wants to grow it’s presence beyond consoles, and this is why lately, they’re looking to port their releases to PC. The company aims to release half of it’s games on mobile and PC by 2025, and as part of this mission, Sony is now bringing Horizon Forbidden West to PC next year.
Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will also release on PS5 on October 6th, as officially confirmed by Sony. This game had been one of the secrets Sony had kept for a long time; however, numerous rumors and leaks circulated on the internet earlier this month, revealing the game’s release date and its contents.
The game will be ported to PC with the help of Nixxes Software. The studio was acquired in 2021 for the purpose of porting more games to other platforms, and following the success of the port of ‘Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart‘ in July, Sony is now looking to expand its PC releases even further.
As for the pricing, the Complete Edition for Horizon Forbidden West will be sold for $59.99 / ¥7,980 / €69.99. The contents of this pack include:
