Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2: All the Leaks and Rumors About the Futuristic Neo-Tokyo City Theme & More

Excitement is building for the upcoming release of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, and although there has been no official announcement, several hints and teasers from reliable sources have given us a glimpse of what we can expect.

HYPEX on Twitter has confirmed that Season 2 of Chapter 4 will be called Fortnite MEGA and it will feature Futuristic/Neo-Tokyo City as the main setting/theme of the season.

Lucky Landing is expected to make a return, and there may be a new Neo-Tokyo point of interest, as well as “Futuristic Motorbikes” scattered throughout the map. Fans can also look forward to using tubes (which glow in the dark) as slides while holding their weapons.

Anime enthusiasts will be thrilled to learn that Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan is rumored to be the Secret Skin in the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass, and there may even be a new Mythic Weapon based on his waist grappler. 

Additionally, several Attack on Titan-themed cosmetics may be available, such as the Scout Regime Salute emote, the Crossed Swords banner icon, the “Ice Fist” of Titan pickaxe, the Angry Eren animated emoji, and a weapon wrap.

And if horror survival is your thing, Resident Evil fans can also rejoice, as Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield are expected to make an appearance in the item shop. With the Resident Evil 4 remake set to launch at the end of March 2023, this leak seems highly likely.

Star Wars may also collaborate with Fortnite again, with reports suggesting that players can use the Force in addition to wielding Lightsabers. There may even be two new Star Wars skins added at the beginning of the season or when the collaboration goes live.

As for new skins, the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass may include five brand new skins in addition to the Eren Yeager as the secret skin. There may also be a new Drift Skin and a new Lizard Skin either in the item shop or part of the BP.

@HYPEX has hinted at several new Augments in the upcoming season, such as Legendary Augments that can reboot you when you die, increase your max shield, and give you siphon.

There may also be new weapons, such as katanas, new swords, a new pistol, and a new shotgun. Rumors suggest that the Pump Shotgun will return to all modes once the new season begins. The Red-Eye Assault Rifle may also make a comeback.

And lastly, the significant update that could come to Fortnite in Chapter 4 Season 2 is the First Person Mode. Although nothing has been officially confirmed by Epic Games, the leaks from reliable sources have got us all excited for what’s to come.
