Arslan Ash Extends EVO Winning Streak, Defeats Ulsan to Move to Top 4
It’s the EVO USA 2023 finals today, and the top 6 Tekken players are ready to throw down.
Aslan Ash, the three-time EVO winner was the only Pakistani out of the three (KHAN Imran, Farzeen, Arslan) to make it to the Top 6, where he faced Ulsan (KR) in his first set, using his signature character Kunimitsu against Ulsan’s Bob.
Arslan started the series strong, winning the first match 3-0. Ulsan responded in the second match, winning a close one 3-2. In the deciding match, Ulsan looked like they were going to run away with it after dominating the first half. However, Arslan refused to give up and fought back to win 3-2, moving on to the Top 4.
You can clearly see the expressions on Arslan’s (and Ulsan’s) face here. He knew that there was just too much on the line. Fair to say, a good start to Day 3.
