Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Discussion Forums Open Following Product Launch

Following the launch of the massive (literally) Xiaomi Mi Max 3, a forum has popped up on XDA Developers to facilitate discussion, expression, and thought exchange on the now available for purchase smartphone. The forum has been flooded with real life review posts discussing the phone’s speaker system, Wi-Fi strength and range, cellular connectivity, and overall impressions.

On paper, we know that the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is built with a 6.9 inch full HD display. Under the hood, the device packs in an equally large battery pack of 5500mAH with quick charge 3.0, runs on a 1.8 Gigahertz octacore processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636, with an Adreno 590 graphics processing unit chip. The device supports dual nano sim connectivity as well as all of the typical range of network connections such as Wi-Fi, cellular service up till 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, and a GPS system. The Mi Max 3 is graced with an 8 megapixel front selfie camera and a dual rear camera system of 12 megapixels and 5 megapixels in conjunction. The device comes with a RAM of 4 – 6 GB and a storage capacity of 64 – 128 GB, and, unfortunately, that’s all you get as the device does not support microSD card memory extension. The device runs on the Android Oreo version 8.1, the latest and greatest from Android developers.

Although that sounds wonderful as it stands, as consumers, we’re all looking for substantial reviews and first hand experiences to help us decide whether this device is for us. The XDA Developers’ forum has specific discussion threads created already and users are invited to engage in the discussion online. Users are expected to be given nifty tricks and tips on how to make the most out of this device through this forum by the developers at XDA.
