4. Upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 From ISO File

The 22H2 update can also be manually installed using the ISO file if you are having problems installing it manually. You can also use this method if you do not want to perform extensive troubleshooting methods.

Here is all that you need to do:

  1. Launch the official Microsoft support website.
  2. Go to Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) and select Windows 11 from the list.
  3. Click on the Download button to proceed.

As an alternative to a clean install, an in-place upgrade can be performed, in which elements of the previous version are retained.
