Samsung’s Latest Galaxy Enhance-X App Employs AI-based Editing for Photos

It’s not very often that Samsung plans to release a new app. However, Samsung has recently released a new AI-powered image enhancement app called Galaxy Enhance-X, which changes that conception slightly. Using artificial intelligence, this app allows you to upscale existing images with a single click.

According to the Galaxy Store listing, the app employs “AI-based techniques” to provide a variety of editing options with a single tap. Remove blur and reflections, upscaling resolution, sharpening, brightening a low-light image, and providing an improved HDR effect are all supported features.

The app can even remove irregular patterns like those seen when photographing content on a television or smartphone. Furthermore, saving the image in JPEG format allows you to easily share it via your preferred platforms, such as WhatsApp or Email.

The new app appears to be unknown to many people. On July 7, 2022, the app was released on the Galaxy Store. When you access an image in the app, the interface displays Brighten, Fix Blur, HDR, and Sharpen options. You can access the Fix Moire, Remove Reflection, Face Enhancements, and Portrait options by tapping the More button.

The Galaxy Enhance-X app from Samsung is compatible with Galaxy smartphones running Android 10. (And above). The app can be installed on mid-range Galaxy A, M, and F-series phones running One UI 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, and 4.5 as well as the flagship Galaxy Note, Galaxy S, and Galaxy Z series phones.

The application is a perfect tool for Samsung enthusiasts worldwide because the large user base can rely on an official version to enhance the quality their photos. If you want to sideload the app and try it yourself, click here.
