NVIDIA RTX 40 Super Pricing & Performance Confirmed Days Before Launch
Moore’s Law Is Dead has confirmed the finalized specifications and MSRPs of NVIDIA’s upcoming RTX 40 Super lineup. At CES, on the 8th of January, NVIDIA is set to announce a refresh to its existing RTX 40 stack of GPUs. The Super refresh promises impressive upgrades over the base variants and offers up to 27% higher price-to-performance ratios.
MLID previously leaked the pricing structure of the RTX 40 Super refresh alongside the respective specifications. Today’s leak is a final confirmation, that this is probably what you’ll see at NVIDIA’s presentation on Monday.
RTX 40 SUPER Pricing & Specifications Detailed
In a single detailed image, we can quickly glance over the specifications. The RTX 4080 Super maintains similar clock speeds, bus width, and even memory in certain scenarios to the RTX 4080. However, it packs 5% more CUDA cores and costs 200 bucks less coming in at just $999.
Do note that the performance is based entirely on specifications and can vary slightly in real world scenarios.
In terms of price-to-performance, it has 27% more value than the existing RTX 4080, which is actually pretty impressive.
The RTX 4070 Ti Super has slightly higher base clocks, 10% more CUDA cores, a wider bus width and 4GB more memory than the RTX 4070 Ti. The MSRP remains similar, at just $799, netting it a 22% value improvement.
The RTX 4070 Super sees an increase base clocks of 60MHz and over 21% more cores. Other than that, this GPU will cost users $599 with the original RTX 4070 dropping to $549. Since the retail price remains constant, a value increase of 13% can be seen.
