[Exclusive] Realme GT NEO 3 150W Thor Limited Edition launching soon in India, Storage and Color options revealed

Realme has been working on many limited edition phones lately. The brand has recently introduced many limited edition phones in their GT, Neo and Number series line-up. The list includes the Realme GT NEO 3T Dragon Ball Z Edition, the Realme GT Neo3 150W Naruto Limited Edition, the Realme GT NEO 2 Dragon Ball Z Edition and the Realme 9 Pro+ FreeFire Limited Edition. These phones are available in the European, Chinese and SEA markets.

However Realme is yet to launch a special edition phones for the Indian markets. It seems like the wait is over now. Today we have come to know our source that Realme will be launching a new special edition phone for the Indian audience. Let’s have a look at it.

Realme GT NEO 3 150W Thor Limited Edition:

As per our sources, Realme will soon unveil the Realme GT NEO 3 150W Thor Limited Edition for the Indian market. It will be its global debut since the phone is yet to go official in other regions. Further we can confirm that this phone will be available in the Nitro Blue colour option and a 12GB+256GB storage configuration. The phone will be themed on the upcoming Marvel movie, Thor: Love and Thunder. 

Realme has already started teasing about their collaboration with the Thor: Love and Thunder movie, on their social media channels. The brand however has officially not yet confirmed the model name and launch dates of the phone. Given that the movie’s official release is just around the corner, we can soon expect an official announcement.

Based on the previous special edition phones, we expect Realme GT NEO 3 150W Thor Limited Edition to share similar hardware with its regular Realme GT NEO 3 version.

Realme GT NEO 3 launched in India about two months ago. In terms of specs, the device uses a 6.7-Inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1000Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit panel, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a centre punch-hole. It also comes with a Dedicated Display Processor which is claimed to enhance the gaming experience and improves efficiency

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. It is an octa-core CPU with 4x Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.85 GHz and 4x Cortex-A55 cores maxing out at 2.0 GHz. The GPU used for graphics tasks is the Mali-G610 MC6. On software side, the handset ships with Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 OS.

For photography, the handset features a triple camera setup on rear, and single lens on front. On the back the triple camera setup features 50MP Sony IMX766 lens with OIS, 8MP 119° Ultra-wide Angle lens and 2MP 4cm Macro lens. While the front of the phone features a 16MP Samsung S5K3P9 sensor.

The phone is available in a 5000mAh battery with a 80W charging combination, and also a 4500mAh battery with a 150W charging combination. Other key highlights include an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, X-axis linear motor, GT Mode 3.0, and VC liquid cooling.
