Motorola Razr 2 to Reportedly have Bigger Main And Front Displays: Main Display To Increase From 6.2 to 6.7 inches
This last year has been all about foldable devices and their displays. We saw the Galaxy Flip and the Motorola Razr. And while the latter was just about rekindling the nostalgia, the former actually packed some performance and practicality. The Razr actually fell behind the device from Samsung and made people who were already sceptical about these devices, even more doubtful. But, these were just first-generation devices and there is a lot more that is going to evolve in these devices.
The Motorola Razr 2 screen size will increase to the same size as the Galaxy Z Flip, 6.7”. The front display will also increase in size.

According to a tweet from Ross Young, on Twitter, he made some claims regarding the next generation of Motorola Razr 2. According to his tweet, he adds that the device would not only have a bigger display (similar to the Samsung Flip). This would mean that the device would support a 6.7-inch foldable display. The Motorola Razr previously had a 6.2-inch display and this would mean that this would be a major increment.
These foldable devices are known for their secondary displays as well. These secondary displays serve a good, quick glance function for instant updates. Now, the tweet, as it can be seen, states that the front display would also increase in size. Again, a welcome upgrade.
Now, the question arises. Would Motorola be able to break the market share from Samsung? They would have to really fix their battery situation and the internal. The Motorola Razr seemed only like a gimmick. Not only did it have a small 2500+ mAh battery, it also featured a mid-tier processor. In 2020, when specs mean a lot too and that these devices cost a lot, people want their money’s worth.
