How to Hide WhatsApp Call Popup on Windows App?

When I started using WhatsApp calls on the Windows app, I quickly noticed something that kept grabbing my attention. A call popup window would always stay on the screen, showing call details. At first, I thought it might be useful, but soon it became frustrating.

No matter what I was doing writing, browsing, or playing games the popup kept floating on top, stealing my attention. It didn’t add any real value, yet it constantly got in the way.

After trying a few things, I found a simple workaround that worked perfectly.

The best way I found to hide the WhatsApp call popup is by moving it to a virtual desktop.

This keeps the call active but removes the popup from your main screen.

Press Windows + Tab and drag the WhatsApp call popup to New Desktop.
