- Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
- Type in ‘services.msc’ and hit Enter.
- From the list of services, locate Block Level Backup Engine Service.
- Double-click it to open Properties.
- Switch to the Log on tab and check the ‘This account’ option.
- Click Browse and then click Advanced.
- Hit Find now and then from the list of users, double-click your user account.
- If you use a password for your account, enter the password in the password fields.
- Click Apply and then hit OK.
