OPPO’s Find X6 Pro Outperforms the iPhone 14 Pro in Low-Light Portrait Photography

The OPPO Find X6 Pro has been all anyone could talk in the smartphone industry lately. This new phone that was showcased today, is designed with a strong focus on camera technology and boasts impressive features that could rival even the best devices currently on the market.

One of the key features that has been getting a lot of attention lately is the phone’s impressive camera capabilities, with people even going as far as to say that the phone can compete with some of the proper photography cameras available on the market.

Low-Light Portrait Mode Comparison

To showcase what this phone is capable of, in the live demonstration by OPPO, the Find X6 Pro was put against the iPhone 14 Pro in a low-light photography competition.

The results were quite surprising, with the OPPO phone coming out on top. The video showcased the Find X6 Pro’s ability to capture stunning portrait photos in low light conditions, something that the iPhone 14 Pro was not able to do as effectively.

The results speak for themselves | OPPO

So what makes the OPPO Find X6 Pro such a powerhouse when it comes to low light portrait photography? One of the key factors is the phone’s impressive camera system.

The device features a round camera module on the back that houses three different cameras: a 1-inch 50-megapixel F1.8 wide-angle camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel F2.6 ultra-wide-angle camera with periscope and OIS that brings a 2.8x optical zoom, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

We’ve Already Seen 1-Inch Sensors on Other Devices, so What’s Different Here?

What sets the Find X6 Pro apart from other devices is the way that these three cameras work together to produce stunning images. The company has managed to make a difference by choosing the three cameras on the back with a very close quality.

Using the largest sensors available in all three cameras, the Find X60 Pro raises the bar for photography by providing the system stunning raw photos to process. Nothing beats better raw photos, as better shots would indefinitely lead to better processed image.

The phone’s software is also optimized to work in low light conditions, allowing for better image processing and reduced noise.

The Hardware

Another factor that gives the OPPO Find X6 Pro an edge in low light photography is its powerful hardware.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which allows for fast and efficient image processing. The device also features a 6.82-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

The phone is built on a 5,000 mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC cable and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging, which provides enough juice to keep the device running for a long period of time.

Conclusion

While this phone won’t be available globally, it is interesting to know that with time, the gap between the market leaders and other companies has been narrowing down, and only time will tell how companies will adapt to this change in the future.

The Find X6 Pro is without a doubt one of, if not the, greatest phones in certain situations, however we believe it is better if we leave the testing to the reviewers.

While this is all we know at this point, we will make sure to keep you updated on all new developments as new information becomes available.
