[Exclusive] Vivo V23 Series Prices, Full Specs and Renders leaked
Let's take a look at what vivo India will offer with the V23 Series ahead of official launch event!
Chinese tech giant Vivo is set to launch the vivo V23 series in India 5 January 2022 at 12PM. The vivo V23 Series is touted to be India’s first Color Changing Smartphone and Slimmest 3D Curved Display. Today we have managed to get prices, full specs and renders of vivo V23 and vivo V23 Pro ahead of official unveiling.
Vivo V23
Vivo V23 will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor, which makes it the first phone in India to use this processor. The phone will use 6.44-inch size FHD+ AMOLED display with 2400×1080 pixel resolution. Talking about optics the phone will have five cameras in total, three on rear and two on front.
On rear the device will use 64MP Main lens with f/1.89 aperture, 8MP Wide-Angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP Macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. Following Photography Modes will be available on rear cameras: Eye Autofocus, Night, Ultra-Wide Night, Super Macro, Bokeh Portrait, Portrait Filters, Bokeh Flare Portrait, High Resolution, Live Photo, AR Stickers, Slo-Mo, Time-Lapse, Dual-View Video, Double Exposure, Documents, Pano, Pro, Ultra Stabilization.
For selfies the phone will be equipped with 50MP Main lens with Autofocus and an 8MP Wide-Angle lens. In addition to dual lenses, vivo V23 will provide Rear Flash with Dual Tone Spotlight. Following Photography Modes will be available on front cameras: AI Extreme Night, Steadiface Selfie Video, Multi-Style Portrait, Double Exposure, Video Face Beauty, Dual-View Video, Slo-Mo, High Resolution, Live Photo, AR Stickers, Natural Portrait.
Talking about battery, the vivo V23 will be fueled by a 4200mAh (TYP) battery [4105mAh is the MIN value] that will be charged with a 44W adapter (11V/4A) over a USB-C port. On software side the handset will boot Funtouch OS 12, based on Android 12.
For sensors vivo V23 will support In-Display Fingerprint, Ambient light sensor, Proximity Sensor, E-compass and Gyroscope sensor. Connectivity wise the handset will offer dual nano SIM support, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5GHz, GPS, BEIDOU, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, NavIC. Vivo V23 will use n1/n3/n38/n40/n41/n77/n78 5G bands, making the total 5G bands count to seven.
Vivo V23 will be available in color changing Sunshine Gold and Stardust Black color options. Sunshine Gold color option will weigh 181 gm and Stardust Black color option will weigh 179 gm. The handset will have flat display and flat edges, as seen from above renders. In terms of thickness, the Sunshine Gold color option will be 7.55 mm thick while the Stardust Black color option will be 7.39 mm thick. Width and Height will be 72.42 mm and 157.20 mm respectively.
Vivo V23 Pro
Vivo V23 Pro will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200. The phone will be equipped with a 6.56-inch size FHD+ AMOLED 3D Curved Display with 2400×1080 pixel resolution. The camera setup will be similar to vivo V23 (non-pro) barring the main lens.
On rear the device will offer a 108MP Main lens, 8MP Wide-Angle lens and a 2MP Macro lens. Following Photography Modes will be available on the rear cameras: Eye Autofocus, Night, Ultra-Wide Night, Super Macro, Bokeh Portrait, Portrait Style, Bokeh Flare Portrait, High Resolution, Live Photo, AR Stickers, Slo-Mo, Time-Lapse, Dual-View Video, Double Exposure, Documents, Pano, Pro, Ultra Stabilization, Super Night Video, Sports Mode.
