How to Create and Capture GIFs from Videos?
GIFs are a great way to capture those special moments from videos or even everyday situations. Sometimes, sharing a full video isn’t practical due to its large size, and other factors. If there’s a specific moment you want to share, creating a GIF is a simple and effective solution.
Creating a GIF streamlines the process of sharing memorable or funny clips. Several methods allow you to turn video files into GIFs, like online converters that transform uploaded videos.
If you’d rather not upload your video to third-party servers, you can use the ScreenToGif application right on your computer. You don’t even need to have the video saved locally; online converters let you create a GIF from videos by just providing the video link.
1. Use ScreenToGif
One way to capture GIFs from a video is by using the ScreenToGif application. You’ll need to have a local copy of the video you wish to use. If the video isn’t saved on your computer, you might consider the online video method below.
