Blocking Unwanted avast! Popups

Avast notifies you regularly about security updates, optimizations and other useful software. While these notifications can be useful in some cases, in most, they become annoying. Avast has been known to be aggressive with its marketing strategies and there are many examples of this, such as adding their signature to your emails automatically.

Popups from Appuals

Fortunately, the option to configure this notification delivery is present in the software and in this article, we will discuss in detail to get rid of different types of pop-ups. Keep in mind that some settings might require you to have the paid version of the software while some can be done on both. If you can’t follow along, check if you have updated to the latest version and consult the Avast Won’t Update article if you are facing issues with updating.
