Acer RX7600 Bifrost MSRP Revealed, Set at 399 Euros
Don’t be shocked if Acer manufactures the greatest graphics cards you find, as the company has decided to dive headfirst into the market for such products. Acer, which had previously intended to produce Nvidia and AMD graphics cards, debuted its first AMD Radeon graphics card, a bespoke Radeon RX 7600, at Computex 2023.
The Radeon RX 7600 Predator Bifrost GPU, the newest member of the Predator GPU series, has an official MSRP of €399, the company revealed in a press release. This is the first Radeon graphics card produced by Acer. Given the importance of the event, a special edition might have been in order, but instead, the corporation went with the slowest Radeon RX 7000 card they could find.
The Radeon RX 7600 was initially released for €299 in Europe. This initial price, however, was swiftly revised downward to reflect the realities of the market. The next day, the lowest price for the card in Spain was €259. This limited-time offer pricing has, surprisingly, been around for good. This gives rise to suspicions that the Predator model’s stated price of €399 is not only ridiculous but also the true pricing.
According to El Chapuzas Informatico, a Spanish news outlet, the corporation has acknowledged that the €399 price is not a typo. This verifies the official press release that was issued earlier today.
In Spain, customers can choose between the Radeon RX 7600 (lowest at €259) and the Radeon RX 6700 XT (highest end) (€350). The RTX 4060 Ti 8GB variant is also available and costs €399. It may not be the best deal, but depending on the resolution, it could improve performance by 20% to 40%.
