Xiaomi Would Be Announcing Two Sets of Wireless Earbuds Today: The Redmi Earbuds 2C & SonicBass
Xiaomi is a company that aims at making excellent products at a lower price point. From the Chinese market, the company has claimed the budget king title. From smartwatches to smartphones, the company has it all. Recently, they announced the Xiaomi Mi Watch Revolve and that seemed like a really premium product. Especially for the price it may go for. Now, we come to today’s news. From a tweet we got from Ishan Agarwal, the company is supposedly announcing two new sets of wireless earphones today.
Two earphones will be launched by Redmi today…
One of them is the Redmi Earbuds 2C. I 'm not sure what the changes are but they look exactly the same. I believe better call quality and slight improvement in sound quality?

The first ones are the Redmi Earbuds 2C. According to Agarwal, these would resemble the current generation of the Redmi earbuds that we can get today. Perhaps the company would change the call quality offered and maybe the sound drivers may also be updated.
As for the second ones, the tweet does not mention these but a comment does. A tweet from TechnoAnkit says that the second pair to be announced today would be the Redmi SonicBass. He even posted a photo which can be seen here below.

These seem more geared towards people who engage in heavy workouts or moving activities and want a much more secure fit. Not to mention, the name, SonicBass tells us that these would be more bass heavy earphones and thus be excellent partners for those runners and gym rats out there. There is no news on the pricing still but we would know for sure in the hours to come.
