Game Pass is hands down the best gaming subscription service at this point and it’s a gift that keeps on giving, with new games added every month. This month it’s going to be a treat for sports fans with the addition of 5 new titles.
Madden NFL 21 (Console) EA Play
This game is the latest entry to the long running Madden NFL series from EA. Like every yearly EA sports title, the game received incremental upgrades with improved gameplay mechanics and new modes. The game however failed to impress critics and received mixed reviews across the board.
Football Manager 2021 (PC and Xbox Edition)
Football Manager is a very famous management simulator where players assume the role of a manager. FM21 improves the match engine AI over previous titles and also introduces a new interaction module. The game which received a fairly positive reception is all set to join Game Pass on March 4th.
NBA 2K21 (Cloud and Console)
This is one of the most iconic franchises from EA sports and a go to for most Basketball fans. NBA 2k21 builds on the career mode from privious titles and also introduces new mechanics to balance drafting. The game received average reviews from critics, a majority of whom pointed out the intrusive microtransactions. This is also coming to Game Pass on the 4th.
NHL 21 (Console) EA Play
NHL is EA’s ice hockey simulation game and is developed by EA Vancouver (No surprises here!). The latest entry, NHL 21 most importantly improves the career mode, making it more interactive and adding new cinematics. The game received fairly positive reviews from critics and is set to arrive on Game Pass next month.
Star Wars: Squadrons (Console) EA Play
The last game on the list is a little something for Star Wars fans. Star Wars Squadrons is a multiplayer space combat game where players fight for either of two factions, the Galactic Empire or the New Republic. The game is all set to join Game Pass this month.
