The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Mod for the Next-Gen Update Will Be Released in 2023

The Witcher 3 PC mods have recently received a lot of attention thanks to the game’s next-gen update, with some fan-favorite additions being integrated into the game itself. One of these is the extremely well-known HD Reworked Mod, which is quite well-liked among members of the modding community.

According to modder “Halk Hogan,” the first installment of his HD Reworked Project for The Witcher 3 Next-Gen will be out in the second quarter of 2023. He said that there are a lot of new changes and improvements. Additionally, the quality of assets is significantly better than what was previously available in the most recent version of HDRP.

After watching the video, if you scroll down to the comments section, you can see that the modder has added quite a bit. He says:

Hello again Witchers! Yes, the story of HDRP is not over yet. 🙂
I can tell you that the upcoming HDRP version called NextGen Edition is really huge, the list of changes and new improvements is really long, and the quality of assets is definitely on a much higher level than you could experience in the last available version (12.0 Ultimate). I am very excited to share this work with you soon. The target version of the new HDRP is the NextGen game update (4.0), but a version for 1.31/1.32 is also possible.
That’s all for now, but you can expect a first look shortly.”

It is the most well-known addition to The Witcher 3 that has been formally announced. This patch improves the visual quality of the game by improving on a large number of its textures and models. It’s quite impressive how it can make The Witcher 3 appear beautiful on high resolution screens and how it improves the game by upgrading all of its lower quality elements.

The Witcher 3: Next Generation is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series S|X. Comment below and tell us how you feel about the game and the next-gen upgrade so far.
