Microsoft has pushed a new preview build for Fast Ring Insiders. Windows 10 Build 18975 brings a number of changes and bug fixes for Windows 10 users. One of the significant changes included in this update is related to Microsoft’s digital assistant Cortana.
This update once installed, allows its users to drag and move the Cortana window on your screen. Cortana was previously restricted to the taskbar. Its behaved just like all other items you can find in the taskbar. Furthermore, its height was kept to be consistent with the Start menu itself. Microsoft has separated Cortana from the Search into a separate app. The app now has a chat window that can be moved on other windows.
However, Microsoft is currently experimenting with this feature with only 50 percent Windows Insiders. If everything goes well, it should be available to other people in upcoming updates. Additionally, the update also brings the ability to rename virtual desktops for Fast Ring Insiders.
