Error 1324: The path ? Windows or the volume is invalid. Please enter it again. is due
to a corrupt installation. In order to fix error 1324 you will need to remove/uninstall the corrupt install. The easiest way to do that is to download the Acrobat Cleaner Tool
Once it has been downloaded, run the downloaded cleaner and select “Acrobat” from the two options. (this is asking you which program you would like cleaned up with the tool)
After the clean up tool finishes cleaning, you will get a message saying “Adobe Acrobat has been successfully removed from the machine. Please reboot your machine to complete the clean up”
Reboot or Restart your computer. After the restart, re-install Acrobat from your setup file or the disc. If you purchased Acrobat online, you can logon to your Adobe Account to download the setup and install it.
