Specifications of OnePlus’s Entry-Level Device Featuring a Snapdragon 460 Processor and 13MP Main Sensor Leaked

2020 has been a wreck fest for most companies, but OnePlus has changed its stature from a flagship killer to an all-round smartphone manufacturer. OnePlus 8 Pro, released at the start of the year, and OnePlus Nord released at the start of Q3, showed that the company could manufacture a flagship with everything under the hood and a mid-range device that can do almost everything. OnePlus Nord has been a successful device for the company, which is one of the reasons why the launch of OnePlus 8T started with the launch of an additional color for the Nord.

Now, rumors have suggested that OnePlus may release another device under the new Nord branding to serve as an entry point in the OnePlus ecosystem. According to an exclusive report from 91mobiles, the specifications of a rumored OnePlus Nord N100 have leaked ahead of the rumored 26th Oct launch. It will be the most affordable OnePlus device of the year. The information related to the other device namely OnePlus Nord N10 5G remains beyond the veil. A few hours ago, OnePlus seemingly confirmed both devices via a tweet too.

The specifications of the OnePlus Nord N100 reveal that OnePlus wants it to be a sub $200 device. OnePlus’s software expertise, and reputation will drive popularity in India and Europe’s low-end markets. It is not clear if the device will launch in India; however, launch in Europe seems confirmed owing to the leaked price.

The specifications include a Snapdragon 460 chipset paired with 4GB memory and 64GB storage. The phone will feature a 6.52-inch HD+ display coupled with stereo speakers and a headphone jack. The rumored battery capacity is around 5000mAh, essentially making it a two-day phone. Lastly, the phone will only have three cameras 8MP on the front and 13MP + 2MP on the back. The price for the European region is 199 euros, and it will be available by Nov 10.
