How To Setup E-mail On Your iPad and iPhone on iOS 7

Setting up your e-mail account on both the iPad and the iPhone running iOS 7 is same, except for minor changes in the screen layout.

Many E-mail provides already exists in the iOS database which makes it easier to configure e-mail accounts without tapping your mail provider settings and going through the hefty procedures of setting and testing ports.

Let’s begin configuring!!.

Here’s how the iOS 7 Home Screen looks like

1.  Tap Settings From The Home Screen

Mails, Contacts and Calendars

2. Tap Mails, Contacts & Calendars From The Settings Screen

3. Tap Add Account

4. Tap Your E-mail Provider’s Name

5. Fill  In Your Details And  Tap Next

Account is now added. Go Back To Home Screen, Tap Mails and Then Your E-mail account.

If your e-mail account doesn’t show up on the list, then you need to Tap Other instead of (Google, Yahoo, AOL or Outlook etc). You may also need the e-mail’s imap/pop and smtp which you can ask by phoning your ISP or the e-mail provider.
