So we are just a couple of weeks away from 2021. Everyone would stop bashing the year because of the widespread lockdown and the pandemic claiming so many lives. Not to mention, with the vaccine become a norm now, we may see tech companies regain their hold on markets. Perhaps, when it comes to tech, the first company to welcome the year would be Samsung with its S21 lineup. According to many sources now, we would see these devices by the end of January. We know a lot about these devices now and it is safe to say, it would be a strong start from the company.
It would feature the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset and an entirely new design on the back. Even the display, as we saw in many renders, shows and almost no-bezel system. Now, an exclusive report from WinFuture.Mobi gives us details on the expected prices of the devices.
Starting off with the S21 base model, it would come in at 849 Euros for the 128GB model. Adding another 50 Euros would allow users to have a storage option of 256GB. As for the S21 Plus, the same two storage options are available. These go for 1049 and 1099 Euros respectively. It is to be added that both these devices do no support memory card expansion slots so it is advised that users should get the upper-tier models for maximum storage.
As for the S21 Ultra, we see a massive price tag of 1349 Euros for the 128GB model. The 256Gb variant, like its other phones in the series, comes in at another 50 Euros on top of that. There is also a 512GB variant, which would have been an overkill a couple of years ago, but today, it does make sense. For people who take lots of videos, with Samsung’s 8K video option, they would require loads of storage. For them, the 512GB, coming in at 1529 Euros would make sense.
It should be added that these prices may vary from country to country in the European region due to different VAT rates. Additionally, these are all initial speculations and the final prices may vary.
