Samsung’s Unpacked event is just a week away and while people are excited about the upcoming Note 20 series, there are supporting actors in the launch too. These are primarily the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 series. These are premium devices from Samsung and these are to rival the iPad lineup from Apple. Till now, we have found out a lot about the specs that the devices would support. To put the long story short, these would be top-notch and would definitely make it a powerhouse.
Now, we have found out a little more about it from a credible source, being posted on WCCFTECH. According to the article posted there, the company would offer support for Xbox Game Pass. This actually something quite amazing which would push people to go for the device. Not to mention, it pegs it right up against the iPad Pro lineup. The device would obviously make use of its powerful Snapdragon 865+ processor and 120Hz fast refresh rate display.
Now, we do not know why Samsung is going for this. Yes, this is a good strategy but then their product is a mess overall. When you think about it, Apple has managed to really focus the iPad on to professional usage. The company is focused on making the iPad a good replacement for creators who may be stuck to graphic tablets or their PCs. So Apple has that idea in mind. With Samsung though, it is still unsure who this tablet is aimed at. Is it for someone who just wants a media consumption device? Or is it a professional device which can support professional workflow. While the device can probably handle both, a more focused approach would have been much better.
