The developer company Milestone has officially announced that the sequel of the series Ride is under development for now and will be released later this year on November 8 for PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
The first official trailer has been launched which you can view over here:
Ride 2 came out a year ago and received mediocre reviews and ratings. Milestone claims to have made a lot of improvements to the gameplay and the visuals of the new game. They have been hovering drones over the tracks to capture most out of them for quite a while to provide the perfect graphics and most realistic experience to the players in the game. In addition to that, Unreal Engine 4 is being used to develop the game, the sound of which already has our hopes high!
New additions and the night mode
The implementation of AI for improving the overall gaming experience will also play a significant role in making this title better than the predecessors. This part will feature 230 bikes categorized into 7 different categories, 30 tracks with 12 being newly introduced and over 500 different customization options to show off your ride in your own unique way which depicts the most out of you!
There is a variety of tracks and even a night-mode has been introduced for the first time. Let’s hope it goes well. The tracks include the famous Country and City circuits, Drag Races, the evergreen Supermoto tracks, and Road Races.
There has been a decline in the number of players in the past few years, which prefer racing games over other genres and that too, for the ones involving cars and not bikes. Even after all that, if Ride 3 succeeds in developing and maintaining a good hype, then it would be a real achievement, to be honest. We hope to get a few more sneak peaks into the game from the developers before the release. Let’s wait and watch.
