Razer, a company known for its premium, high-end gaming laptops, portable computing devices, and peripherals, launched Razer Blade Pro 17, the laptop company promises, is built for professional gamers, designers, and game developers. The 2020 refresh of the popular Blade series of sleek but powerful laptops is available now with up to 4K 120Hz display, 10th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU, NVIDIA SUPER discrete graphics, and many more features.

The Razer Blade Pro 17 is powered by the new 10th-Gen Intel 8-core i7-10875H processor. The powerful CPU is capable of clock speeds up to 5.1GHZ with Intel Turbo Boost and a large 16MB cache. The 8 Core 16 Thread 14nm Comet Lake CPU works with NVIDIA GeForce RTX SUPER GPUs.

Razer is offering multiple choices from the RTX SUPER family, going all the way up to an RTX 2080 SUPER. The new RTX SUPER GPU line features up to 8GB of high-bandwidth GDDR6 memory. With more ray-tracing cores, gamers can expect up to a 25 percent increase in performance over the original RTX GPUs and improved real-time ray tracing performance. The Razer Blade Pro 17 features a unique vapor chamber cooler for passive cooling, paired with an adjacent dual-fan system for additional active cooling.

The highlight of the Razer Blade Pro 17 is undeniably the exceptionally large, near bezel-less 4K UHD display with a blazing fast 120Hz refresh rate. The 17.3-inch display covers 100% of the SRGB space and comes custom-calibrated for color accuracy. There’s a choice of Full HD display with ultra-fast 300Hz refresh rate for gamers as well.

For connectivity, the Razer Blade Pro 17 comes with a UHS-III SD card reader, USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, HDMI 2.0B port, 2.5Gb Ethernet port and Wi-Fi 6. Additionally, the USB Type C ports now support charging with a 20V USB-C charger, for emergency situations. The inbuilt web-camera comes with an IR Sensor for instant Windows Hello authentication. Razer is promising a new or refreshed keyboard with an extended right shift key and half-height directional keys with per-key Razer Chroma RGB backlighting.

The all-new Razer Blade Pro 17 2020 refresh will start at $2599.99 USD / 2899.99 € MSRP. It will be available later this month at Razer.com and through select retailers in the United States and Canada.
