Raptor Lake Mobile Lineup to Include 2 More CPUs, The i7-13620H & i5-13420H

Intel’s Raptor Lake lineup has hit the shelves with the mobile CPUs planned for later this year. Up until today, we only came across the i9-13900HK and the i7-13700H. Momomo_us gave us the names of 2 more CPUs in the same lineup. This is the first time, we’re seeing CPUs with the ‘20H‘ branding.

Meet the i7-13620H & i5-13420H

The i7-13620H and the i5-13420H are the latest additions to team blue’s Raptor-Lake mobile arsenal. This is the first time, we’re seeing the i7-136XX and the i5-134XX CPUs from Intel. Alder Lake saw no such treatment, therefore, we cannot say much regarding the specifications of these SKUs. In contrast, the 13900HK and the 13700H are equipped with 14 cores / 20 threads each.

Some suggest that these 136XX/134XX CPUs are merely Alder Lake refreshes. Though, we lack the necessary information to back such claims.

Release Date

Intel will aim to get these CPUs out as soon as possible. CES 2023 is in the 1st week of Jaunary, so a slight delay may be possible if Intel plans to reveal their Raptor Lake Mobile CPUs at CES. Similarly, NVIDIA is also rumoured to showcase the ‘RTX 4080 12GB Rebranded‘, RTX 4070, RTX 4060 & the RTX 4050 during the same event. AMD on the other hand is set to unveil the RDNA3 lineup on the 3rd of November

Raptor Lake – starting with our desktop SKUs this fall, followed by our mobile family by end of year. The Raptor Lake family will offer customers significant advantages, including doubledigit performance gains gen-on-gen and socket compatibility with Alder Lake. And in 2023, we will deliver our first disaggregated CPU built on Intel 4 – Meteor Lake – which is showing good health in both our and our customers’ labs.
