Rainbow Six: Siege has been growing ever since launch and the competitive scene has been a crucial part of the community. Over the years, teams have been facing off each other at events like the Six Invitational and Gamescom. The first event of a new series, known as the Six Major, will be hosted in Paris in August. The Paris Six Major will be the largest Rainbow Six competition held in Europe to date.
The event will pit sixteen of the best teams against each other for a prize pool of $350,000 USD. The teams will be selected from four different regions: North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. They will meet in France at the Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles from August 13th to 19th. More information about the qualification process will be provided in detail at the Pro League Season 7 Finals held on May 19th to 20th.
The first three days of the event will host the group stage and will not be available to the public. All matches will be live streamed on the official Twitch, Youtube and Facebook channels so you don’t miss out on the action. Starting from day 4, ticket holders can attend the competition in person to watch the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and the Grand Final.
