Earlier today during the Pro League finals at Milan, Ubisoft offered a full reveal of its upcoming Operation Phantom Sight. The new season adds two new operators, Warden and Nøkk, alongside a full map rework of Kafe Dostoyevsky. In addition to this, a new elite set for Lesion has been revealed.
Lesion Elite Set
Although Ubisoft just released the Axle 13 Bandit elite set, it seems that another defender is getting one. As with all elite sets, the new premium bundle brings a variety of cosmetics for the South Korean operator. Alongside the Nano-Tox 32 uniform, the elite set contains a legendary gadget skin for the operator’s Gu Mines. Additionally, the bundle features legendary weapon skins for each of his weapons, including the Six12 SD shotgun, the T-5 SMG, and the Q-929 sidearm.
These weapons skins aren’t limited to Lesion, and any operator you own with access to these weapons can apply them. For example, the newest attacker Nøkk also carries a Six12 SD shotgun, so players can also use the gun skin on the attacking side.
The Lesion Elite bundle launches alongside Operation Phantom Sight on June 11th. Non-season pass owners will be able to purchase the bundle for 1800 R6 Credits, while season-pass owners can avail the 10% shop discount, slashing the price to 1620 R6 Credits.
Rainbow Six Siege’s Operation Phantom Sight is bringing a lot of new changes. Aside from the new operators and the map rework, the in-game shop is getting a remodel. On top of that, Ranked is finally leaving beta. From now on, Bomb will be the only Ranked game mode, and the fan-favorite Pick and Ban mechanic is being introduced.
Ubisoft stated that the new season will arrive onto the live servers after three weeks of public testing starting from May 21st. Note that, depending on how the testing phase goes, the release date of Phantom Sight may be changed.
