Prince of Persia Remake Confirmed In an Instagram Story – Updated

Its finally happening!

Prince of Persia Remake has consistently made to the headlines with certain leaks. The leak that happened earlier today is probably the best we have gotten so far.

The story that was later deleted from Instagram

In a story uploaded on Instagram by Ubisoft. We actually got a confirmation that the game will be announced during Ubisoft Forward. The story had an unrecognizable picture of Prince of Persia Sands of Time. In this deleted photo, you can see clearly the Prince of Persia Sands of time logo on the top left.

In case you still haven’t figured it out. Here is the Prince of Persia Sands of Time Logo right next to an order one. This is actually a monument from the infamous moon mission. The mission is very famous, and most Prince of Persia fans will remember it. Here is that mission, in case you don’t remember it.

In addition, the same story also gave us a glimpse into another famous Prince of Persia location. This time the Magic Fountain was highlighted.

A Prince of Persia Remake is now very certain. The Ubisoft Forward is only one day away, and we are clearly expecting an announcement. There are no promising leaks on platform support but according to Industry Insider Daniel Ahmad. The game won’t release on Switch, which might sound a big let-off for Nintendo Fans.

Prince of Peris Remake first came into the spotlight when popular Guatemalan Website Max listed it in their store. The listing was removed immediately but a Twitter user managed to get a screenshot. So what made this leak very promising was that it was posted on Max. If you don’t know, Max listed The Witcher 3 for Switch an year earlier than it was released. The website is fairly popular and all the leaks on it turned out to be true. In a podcast, Bloomberg Author and Insider Jason Schreier also confirmed that Prince of Persia Remake will be revealed during Ubisoft Forward.

Update September 10: As we approach Ubisoft Forward later today. We’ve now also got the cover photo of Prince of Persia Remake. Moreover, the game was also leaked on a Russian website which had a short video and another cover photo.Prince of Perisa Remake

Update 2: The Game was also leaked on Amazon UK and featured a price of point of  £34.99. The listing mentioned a release date of December 31st, 2020. Surprisingly, only PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were mentioned as supported platforms.
