Sony was once again the dominant console manufacturer in 2022, thanks in large part to the quality of its exclusive games. PlayStation was able to celebrate a wide variety of commercial and critical successes in 2022 thanks to the releases of games like God of War: Ragnarök, Horizon: Forbidden West, and Stray. The company will most likely continue this trend in the coming year as it seeks to expand its collection of great games.
PlayStation announced its upcoming lineup of games and hardware through Twitter earlier today. Fans of PlayStation have been given a sneak peek at a few titles that will be released in the first few months of 2023, in addition to one title that will be released a little bit later. While the company was active in the games industry, its hardware lagged behind, which it is expected to make up for in the coming year.
