A Plague Tale: Requiem Requires RTX 3070 For Optimal 1080p Performance

A Plague Tale : Requiem is the sequel to the award winning A Plague Tale: Innocence. This brand new title will release on the 18th of October and is developed by Asobo Studio, the same studio which developed A Plague Tale : Innocence. Today, the requirements for Requiem have been unveiled and they spark trouble for even the best of PCs.
The Requirements
An RTX 3070 is the preffered hardware choice for, not 4K, not 1440P, but 1080P 60FPS. Bear in mind, this may include ray tracing as well. Over at the lower spectrum, we see the GTX 970 and AMD’s RX 590 side by side. This combination offers you 1080 30FPS at low settings.

This game includes support for NVIDIA’s DLSS 3.0 which is exclusive to Lovelace GPUs. Read more about that here. AMD’s FSR will not be available at launch, however, we expect it to be added with a few updates.
The Story
The game takes place almost 6 months after the events of the 1st title. Both siblings now must venture towards Southern France searching for an island which may provide a cure for Hugo’s mysterious blood disease.
Availability
A Plague Tale: Requiem will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows. For PC gamers, the game can be pre-ordered via the Epic Games Store, Steam or GOG.
