PES 2019 all set to release in August

We came across a few leaks regarding the release of PES 2019 a few days ago. Konami has now officially announced the release of PES 2019. It will be released for Xbox One and PS4 on August 28, and 30 August for PC.

The rumors about the increase in the number of licenses turned out to be true, Konami revealed that PES 2019 has more fully-licensed leagues and stadiums. The club-licensed partnerships have also increased to a great extent and will prove beneficial for the new release.

Gameplay and Visuals:

Many new features have been added to the game which will probably give the players more of a realistic experience. Players will now show physical tiredness and fatigue which will affect their overall performance and stats. In addition to that, the developers have also focused on the individuality of the players and stated that 11 new skill traits have been introduced which include controlled chip, no-look pass, cross overturn, rising shot and dipping shot.

This is what Konami had to say about the visuals of PES 2019:

“The beautiful game has never looked better thanks to “Enlighten” software for true-to-life visual effects and 4K HRD across all platforms. Real-time ‘Global Illumination’ lightning and shadows has led to improves in-game graphics with better crowd details, real grass textures and the return of the incredibly popular snow weather effect.”

The game has been powered by the Fox Engine, the same one which had been used for the development of “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain”.

The cover star for a special edition will be David Beckham, who has also been featured in the official trailer.

The “Ultimate Team” for PES 2019:

PES will also be featuring a new mode “myClub” through which they have introduced a new player card design. It will comprise of high-performance players including the Legends and Player of the Week. The cool thing is, both of these will be based upon real-life performances of the players.
