Just before the launch and announcement of its flagships for the year 2020, Samsung announced two new devices. The Samsung Note 10 Lite and the Galaxy S10 Lite. These devices would be cheaper, stripped-down versions of the main devices. Samsung aims to make these devices compete with the likes of OnePlus and Xiaomi. After their announcement, while some details were announced, there were certain pieces of information that were left out, mainly, the price.
According to an article posted on, 91mobiles has taken out the prices of the devices in the Indian market. The article only states the prices for the Note 10 lite. According to the article, there will be two variants of the device. The 6+128GB version would be costing 35,990 INR or 450 Euros, while the 8+128GB would be running people 39,990 INR or 500 Euros.
Clearly, these are aimed to take on the OnePlus flagships, the 7T and the 7T pro. Currently, though, these are the only prices that are known. It can be assumed though that the S10 lite would be cheaper than these devices, given the relation of S10 to Note 10.
In detail though, we currently know that both the devices would be supporting an Infinity-O, edge to edge display. It would be the 6.7-inch display similar to those found in the current flagships and sub-flagships. One plus feature of the devices would be the huge battery life. These would be supporting a 4500mAh battery, providing a long usage. Obviously these would support low power processors, therefore it would work well in tandem. The article further states that devices would be having the same features present on current flagships. These include Bixby, Samsung Pay, and Health. These would also be protected using Samsung Knox to provide digital security.
