New Pokemon Movie Titled The Power of Us Comes this Fall

Pokemon, a popular Japanese animated series, is set to receive another movie. The new movie, titled Pokemon The Power of Us, is currently in development and will be show in “select locations worldwide.”

The Pokemon Company International announced today that they have renewed their partnership with Fathom Events to work on the new animated film Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us. The two companies have previously collaborated last year to produce Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! which was highly successful.

Just like the original story, The Power of Us follows Ash, Pickachu and a new cast of exciting characters as they go on a quest to rescue a seaside town from a series of threatening incidents. The movie is set during a festival celebrating the Legendary Pokemon Lugia. Although we do not know the region where the movie is set, the first trailer for the movie gives us a preview, check it out below:

Pokemon The Power of Us will be shown in select locations worldwide, with its US debut occurring in Fall 2018. Fathom Events will manage ticket sales for The Power of Us that will run for four days, 24 November, 26 November, 28 November and 1 December.
