KONAMI’s “Creators First” Approach Comes to Life at Its New Osaka Studio

As part of its continuing efforts to achieve sustainable growth in the next 50 years, the group opened its major production center, “KONAMI Osaka Studio,” on 27th March 2023, in the Osaka Umeda Twin Towers South.

It is being said that KONAMI Osaka Studio is a developmental relocation of the existing studio and has been established with the concept of “Creators First.” The studio provides a well-developed environment that allows creators to demonstrate their full potential. The location of the facility has been chosen for its convenient transportation access.

The facility is fully equipped with motion capture equipment and sound studios necessary for product development. As the major production center in Western Japan, KONAMI Osaka Studio is expected to play a crucial role in the company’s product development capabilities.

Furthermore, the official press release reveals that the company is also in the process of constructing its next-generation R&D center, Konami Creative Front Tokyo Bay, in Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo. The R&D center is expected to be completed in 2025 and will further strengthen Konami’s product development capabilities.
